Hell yes brother!!! All that hard work and dedication has definitely paid off. I agree with Murphy you gotta be 9 percent or less. I coach youth wrestling and my son and all his friends wrestle high school so I am surrounded by kids and people doing and talking BF all the time. Your definitely single digits. But like you said don’t matter too much because your satisfied with you and that’s the most important thing.
 
Bf% has such a weird range depending on how It s done. 20 years ago ASU had a hydrostatic weighing for like 20 bucks. I think thats pretty good, but it’s how you look from the back…and naked. I’m not asking! :cowboy_hat_face: congrats and from your pics you are 10% range for sure. You’ll get hooked on vacularity, so people just aren’t vascular. You can stay like this and each time u tighten it up you look leaner but with a few pounds of muscle added. Your last couple weeks of dieting try still going heavy on isolation exercises. Do some drop sets whatever to get a pump on each body part. You’ll love the look. Lots of guys go lighter and more volume. Good job.

Not the greatest lighting, but felt big today. Gave myself some extra carbs before the gym today. This 12 week cut stuff is brutal. I enjoy the effort of exerting discipline to reach my goals… but the deficit BS is physically exhausting. I put 135 on the bench and had to rack it and make sure someone didn’t sneak extra weights on 😂😂😂 looking forward to Maintnence in a few weeks, and a nice little cruise.

Nice work. Try staying within the condition you have now. Really good base. I don’t know if you said you wanted to compete in a show. But, either way it matters on what you want to do with physical goals. When I became a real person at about 30, I still was a bber in the gym for 1.5 hours and tried hard to “eat right but not crazy” For example, I used to throw tuna in a blender and drink it before the carton egg whites. That is bad lighting unless you get dark. I always have the super mirror. You know, that place where you look the best!
 
I hit 305 a few weeks before this, but high 280s her and after I always tried to keep what I call serratus, you have the same thing. Pick a “thing” that you don’t want to lose or a condition, then when you really diet hard after a good “offseason” you’ll look way leaner at 5 or mores pounds heavier
 
Great advice brother! I appreciate the words! I’ve never even given competing a thought, expect in the little online competitions etc. I enjoy he discipline aspect of all of this… plus I enjoy looking like

Oh it’s horrible lighting. Haha the only way not to create bad shadows is the stand in one corner of the room 😂😂
