Back is feeling it after yesterday. Guess I need to throw in more banded stuff. So hopefully the back pumps won’t impede the day too horribly.
 
It’s your standard lunge, but you’re knee that is down doesn’t go past the arch of your foot that is out front. So it’s a short step, but boy it really fires the quads.
 
That’s what I figured.

I did regular walking lunges as a finisher (with 45lb plates) and didn’t make it very far… like 10 steps and that was it… finished!
