It is! Decided to step it up since I went to a 6 day split. PLUS if I do all those reps I get more carbs post workout… speaking of… just re-joined team tart for the first time in a year I think.

So I ate my bagel halves at different times. I ate my sandwich halves at different times. I put my oatmeal in a cup. And my protein shake is a drink… I told them since it wasn’t a full sandwich it was a snack. They didn’t agree. I told them oh well.
 
That’s ridiculous! If you’re a fatboy and want to eat crap… that’s probably considered a snack.

Started to micro dose test e. 100mg daily 5 days a week. Have been needing 6.25 XTANE twice a week, which I know isn’t a ton, but it’s more than I’m used to. (I know I know I’m way above my normal test dosage) so I’m going to see if 5 days a week pinning will help some.

Seeing solid strength and size gains from NPP and TBOL. this is week 3 of primo. I’m going to stick with 400 mg until week 5-6 and see if I feel the need to increase.

Hard to say. Npp had historically been a magic bullet for me and that hits hard and fast along with TBOL. Yesterday I for sure low on my macro count going into train, and I didn’t feel as lethargic and run down. So far that’s the first kind of primo-esq signs I’ve seen. I think I’ll more so see it in the weeks to come and possibly with a bump up to 500.

Incline DB rotating press: 4x20 (need heavier DB in the bat cave)
Flat bench:4x10

Banded tricep push downs: 6x15
Dips: 4x8
DB lateral raise: 6x15

Shoulders felt kinda crunchy had to do some weird movements pulling up patients last night.

Will micro dose test for another week and a half and see how I feel. If I’m still not loving it I will drop down to my normal 350 and drop NPP to the same.
 
I agree. We can’t all be dirt nasty 😂😂 I’ll just keep increasing my weight and stick to my sets of 10-15 with the occasional workout of 8’s. I think it’s done me well.
