My back is extremely jacked up 3 motorcycle accidents above 50 plus more car accidents than I can count and ive been beaten and had my ass handed to me many times.

Anything besides opioids for back pain im interested. How did you go about doing this?

Belt squat is an actual squat machine.

Titan fitness makes one. Rouge makes one. The weight is on a pivot point and a chain belt hooks into it. All the weight is on your actual lower body.

Mine is from a car accident and sports growing up. Then being a nurse is just awful for you back.

I get dry needled once a week and it’s been absolutely amazing. I didn’t know your back was that bad. I would get a PT script from your doc and find a physical therapist that does dry needling. It will loosen all those muscles and allow your back to actual start to correct itself.

Haha hell on earth. They take long skinny needles and jab them into the trigger points in soft tissue to release muscle adhesions and fascia. Honestly some of the worst pain I’ve had… but next day I’m a brand new person.

Hahahah only a 98lb PT. once the first needle goes in, you can’t really move. You just sit there a breathe. Go to your happy place. Think about new bottles of nandro base, blowjobs, and jeans that fit my quads and just wait for it to end.

I will say the sweat was almost unbearable today. Had to go no headphones at all bc I was afraid I was gonna ruin them haha

Two hours pwo and I think I heard the plates talking to me at one point.

However… now I have some STRONG heartburn. I don’t know if I’ll be able to stomach 20mg if this heartburn is from the superD.

Will try 20mg again tomorrow and take some Pepcid several hours after ingestion to maybe neutralize the acid but get the superD in the system.

@John @Dirtnasty @Raphael3636 any experience with this? Would inj still do the same thing you think?

I don’t know I felt 30 was good and I can’t wait to do 4 weeks at 40 20 did have great pumps but don’t remember the sweating difference. Will look for that more next time

I have an inversion table. It helps. Doesn’t last very long but I do believe it works. I try to use at least once a day for a few minutes at a time. Twice a day if time allows.

Yes it’s very common for heartburn in all types of orals either from filler or the compound itself, ie anadrol gives me the worst outta all the orals but what I do is take zantac daily and have tumms on hand to give it a double punch
