The long awaited Stenbolone and dihydroboldenone cycle

No workouts on the weekend. Work is essentially steady state cardio haha

From midnight to 7am I walked 3.3 miles last night.

8oz of ground Turkey
90g of basamati rice
(Split into two meals)
10servings of egg whites.
27 gummy bears (66 carbs- consumed throughout the night)
A fair life protein shake. (I usually use for coffee creamer about 3am)

I was excited to go back to nights, as it’s less busy and allows me to focus more on my job and less on busy work… but damn. After being on days for 10 weeks I got real comfy with a normal sleep schedule.

Interested to see how the switch over to nights affects the gym this week.

Yessir! Albanese gummy bears.

You guys can’t get off the tarts. I have my gummy bears. I used them last bulking cycle I did and now I’m hooked haha

At work I can put them in ziplock. Pop a few and close the bag. I’m grossed out by leaving open food on the desk at work. They are my- I haven’t eaten in several hours I’m hungry and need something before I get hangry.

I’m so hooked I even ate them during my cut. Ppl look at you crazy when you pull out 9 gummy bear in a bag and are ready to fight when they ask you for one. NO! There’s 22 grams of carbs in this bag and they are all mine.

Monday Monday. I didn’t miss you nightshift Monday.

Worked like a dog for 10 hours. Never sat down. Only had time to get down gummy bears, egg whites, and protein shake with some coffee, and only 1.5L of water. Walked 6.1 miles up until 5 am. Clots broke loose and lost the patient.

2 takeaway points:
  1. Even when you lose, there is an extreme importance to being able to look yourself in the mirror and KNOW you gave you best effort- or else you will drive yourself mad.
  2. Life can take a sideways turn in less than a second. Live accordingly. Hug your fam. Tell people you love them often. Make sure your life is what you want it to be.
Emotions off-

Should have been a heavy back day but I feel old as shit waking up today.

Going to keep reps the same but at lighter weights.

Full ROM barbell row.
Narrow grip lateral row.
Assisted Pull ups for perfect full ROM.
Narrow incline bench.
Narrow flat bench.
DB flys.

Treadmill 20 min.

Only positive about Monday- I have like 5 waking hours to get food in so it’s a feast for 5 hours.

It’s funny I’m looking forward to shift change and dreading shift change. I’m going to miss the group of guys I was working with.

Oh yeah. I give myself about 30 min to be bothered by something like that.

I use the words win and loss as a way to stay detached from the emotional aspect of a case like that. And focus on what I can control. It’s all part of the job. When you can win a case like that- there’s no better feeling in the world. When you lose- you have to look back, see if you could have done something different. Learn and USUALLY go to your patients room next door and move on.

So true. Friend’s husband came down with COVID last week, two days ago had a stroke, can’t get enough oxygen, likely won’t last the week. Went from healthy and happy and freshly married to near dead in less than a week. Truly shocking.

My god this is what scares me to get the immunity booster shot. Im also scared to get the immunity booster shot itself though but as time goes on without problems I get closer and closer to getting the shot.

Life is fragile.

I’m of the opinion that there is nothing certain. Smoking cigs…not smoking cigs…partying…not partying…to vac… not vac…etc etc

The mother of my children (my ex) just had a lung removed, major lung cancer. Never smoked anything in her whole life.
