The long awaited Stenbolone and dihydroboldenone cycle

Been back at it this week. Maybe fighting off an oncoming cold or just drained after the emotional onslaught of last week. Either way been dragging.

Today is legs:

Mobility:
Pigeon pose
Lizard pose
90/90 hip mobility
Barefoot deep squat hold

Squat press: 5x10-12
Smith machine squat: 5x10 2:1:1 tempo control
Kneeling leg curls 5x10
Walking lunge (knees over toes) 4x20
(Had to cut it short yesterday so catching up some)
DB lateral raise 6x12
Machine shoulder press 6x12
Alternating DB curls

236lb today.
 
Cbum back day.

Mobility:
T spine- kneeling, hip against wall, opening up like a T. Not sure what it’s called but damn it feels good.

Door jam pec stretch
Airplanes- hip mobility - trying to keep my internal rotation loose.

Wide grip pull downs 5x10
Narrow grip 5x10
Single arm horizontal row 6x8
Barbell row 4x12
Narrow grip incline bench 4x10
Narrow grip flat bench 4x10

Even had to change my socks after this one I was so sweaty. Was real close to taking a nap in the back of the truck today 😂😂

You should have taken that nap brother im sure that you can definitely use the sleep

It helps that the wife is same schedule. I don’t think I could still be doing nights without it. You just get used to it, taking naps strategically, and we try to be conscious of what our bodies are saying. Was supposed to have date night last night but we were both tired. So we just stayed in and went to bed early!
