I usually start out in the rack instead of from the ground like Deadlifts. The bar is going to be behind you though and not on your shoulders. Almost like shrugging behind your back but doing squats until the weights touch the floor.

Yeah I’m all about it Saturday. I don’t want to walk Out of the gym. Figure I’ll do regular squats rdls and then these wrong facing dead’s I’m sure I’ll get looks of anybody is there when am.
 
This May happen I be also thought of doing the inbetween legs deadlift over seen kai green do them
And he has huge legs hahah. It’s funny haw just changing the position of the bar will target different muscles
 
I’m. Thinking g squats rdls hacks leg press to hit different pet of quads the. Some leg curls abductors and maybe leg extensions if they have the juice
 
Ohhhh something has me rethinking that long cruise.

Unclear as to what type of cycle I will be running, but will probably do a mini mass for 4-6 weeks. I just don’t see myself being able to stick with a cut for 20 weeks, and I believe @Poppy was right. It should be a battle of attrition, and I’ll need a realistic plan to keep me in the fight.

Mini mass for 4-6 weeks. Then cut down starting at 12-16 weeks out. Read more on prep protocol so I can try to come in dry as fuck and at least take down the one and only terminator.
