Move back to home base today. Got a few hours of sleep after packing before up and moving back to the house. New contract is about 30 min from the house.

Decided to take the goggins path and be a savage anyway and go workout at 2200.

Definitely needed it. Reset the brain.

15 min treadmill walk. 3.7, 10 incline.

Neutral grip incline bench 4x12
Close grip DB incline 4x12
Pec dec fly: 4x15
Neutral grip decline: 4x12
Barbell bent over rows: 4x10
Pull downs: 5x15
Tricep push down: 6x12
DB lateral raise: 6x12
 
Yep if I get 520 on bench tomorrow I’ll set a goal of 600 for end of year. I know it’s crazy but if I strive for 600 I know I atleast push my self to get it as high as possible whether i gambit it or not
 
I bet it feels good to get home.
The only issue is having to move its such a pain in the ass lol

Did you get different hours again?
You might need some shift work disorder meds but the adjustment sucks lol im sorry to hear if you are changing again its hard on you.
 
Staying on nights, only difference is my works days may not be 3-4 in a row but shuffled throughout the week. Which would def be a pain in the ass.

Sleep schedule was totally my fault haha I stayed up with friends that live where that contract was. Usually since the wife and I both work the same schedule we help to keep each other on point.
 
No doubt brother that is a pain in the ass to have days spread out like that I enjoy days off lined up I can never get good sleep first day off the second allows me to recover.
Your a soldier brother at work and killing it in the gym that’s huge.

Carbs: 400
Fat: 120

3660 cals. Will moderately increase over weeks to come.
