Today my wife said she didn’t think Arnold was “too big” but didn’t like the CBUM look. So what I heard is- I should make this my goal.
I didn’t ask her to clarify I just said- guess I need to bench more.

T spine mobility work.
Hip mobility work with focus on internal rotation.

Pull-ups: 8,8,6,5
Wide pull downs: 5x10-12
Narrow pull downs: 5x10-12
Single arm machine row: 4x10
Incline bench: 5x10-12
Decline bench: 5x10-12
Tricep push downs: 7x12
DB lateral raise: 7x12
Abs

Working on adjusting to food increase. Having to eat smaller meals and just eat all damn day. Hopefully back up around 245 by mid June.

Yeah it’s tough to go against bumstead, breon looks great but when you stack him next to Chris, chris’s height and just overall look just fits the classic mold perfectly. I think for any classic competitor it’s gonna be tough as Chris is the perfect standard and unless he completely goofs then it’s gonna be hard to take the title from him anytime soon
