At one point I almost did ppl off ppl off so 8 day split as each day would be different version of workout but then went to bro split route

This is why we can never forget ww1, ww2, and so much more if it gets erased from history which is what im being told I don’t really know because no kids but I here that there teaching that the revolutionary war wasn’t for independence it was for slavery? Another thing I heard was there teaching kids was this critical race theory which I still don’t understand but they need to teach real history, math, science, and English. I don’t know about this other stuff but I don’t really know its just what I hear and you can’t believe what they say now smh
 
Gotta get these pecs inflated! Which means more time under tension which means more rest is needed.

I’m thinking a stenbolone and DHB cycle is in the works. Was thinking primo and npp but we saw how that turned out.
 
Im still thinking primo and npp from a well known lab would be amazing still even though it didn’t go so well the first time around. It would put the mass on you I believe that your looking for I want to do

Test/npp/primo/tbol
This combination would be amazing for you

I do. But if i going to pony up for primo I want the max from it. I think I’m going to try your first recommendation. I’d rather start high and if I don’t like it I can go down for the remainder of the run.

If I down shift I’d do 350/350 test/npp with primo 400-500.

Whew. Push day. Whoa. I feel like I can’t fit in my truck after that… this is gonna be fun. Will post workout in a bit.
 
Posted neither push nor pull. I’m so bad at logs. This one has survived longer than I thought.

Legs-
Lunges 5x20
Smith machine 3:1:1 tempo squat: 7x15
- puked on set 7. Was going for 8. Apparently I thought since I only had legs to do I went wayyyy to hard out the gate.
Leg extension: 4x12
Snatch grip straight leg DL: 5x12
Seated leg curls: 5x15
Tried to do backwards sled pulls and my legs were so shaky I couldn’t walk. Got stuck trying to take my shirt off in the locker room.

What a day.

Post leg day meal:
8oz burger
120g brown rice
 
IMO that’s how most (not all) leg days should be… if you can walk out of the gym regularly than you didn’t put in enough work.
