Social media. Not a place like this where guys are solid and transparent and have no reason to fake. I said I’ve watched him develop trust me it’s him. It is funny when you think about it because all the dating apps and Facebook and shit folks do post a lot of BS pics for profiles. I’ve never understood why. Anyways I just wanna show her your progression

Me, too. Though I suppose you can replicate it to some extent by dumping a bunch of ice in a bathtub and letting it melt a bit before you jump in.

I’m also intrigued by hyperbaric therapy. Any opinions on that @NeuroRN ?

Buddy. We keep our pool open year round. It’s not heated. It doesn’t get frozen down here in NC but it’s cold enough to help. I try and wade in (to belly button) at least once a month in the winter. My hips and knees feel great afterwards.
