Thank you sir! I really appreciate it! I’m hoping you have a similar primo experience. I cut weight really fast and still feel very strong in the gym which has been absolutely amazing.
 
Glad I don’t have those issues. Otherwise I’m not sure I would have every tried to squat again.
 
You could benefit from replacing the 15 minutes cardio with 15 minutes of posing, hitting the mandatory front , back, side and holding each pose. I’m sure just from the posing for pics you can see how hard it is especially to hold for 20 30 seconds on up. “Bro science of squeezing” gets you more of a 3-D look. And if you do a show, your way ahead. Of course, there are tricks to posing but in effect, you can figure those out on your own. PLUS, look at someone with a little muscle when they hit shots in the gym it’s usually from good side/ angle. Especially a side chest, when someone starts posing one side chest is way behind. Most people don’t want to pose at gym, that’s fine. I guarantee minute for minute those 15 will be better y used posing. I’ll go follow my own advice now

I also lowered npp to 50 mg daily. At 60mg daily I was needed more caber than I wanted to use, and my progesterone was still high on labs. I know I can take a .25 once a week, with the occasional second dose in a week and keep my levels normal.

Primo will stay the same.
