The long awaited Stenbolone and dihydroboldenone cycle

In the home stretch. Gonna take a couple hour nap when i get off work. Go play golf with my friends from nursing school. Will probably take a nap after.

Then maybe chest in the batcave.

Taking 2 Gatorade’s, a gallon of water with 2 liquid iv’s in it. Protein shakes with coconut water in it. Heat index of 107° degrees today.

I’m considering taking applications for new friends after this.
 
That is a stack I want to try at some point. I have just grown to love mast so much (whether p or e) and am such an aromatizer that I’m hesitant to run without it, and I’ve always thought of mast/primo as an “either/or” proposition, not to be run together. Am I out to lunch on that point? So what I’m thinking is:

5-700 test e/p
5-700 mast e/p
500 primo
350 npp
 
I’m not sure about the either or mast and primo. I had planned on running them both closer to the end of 20 weeks.

I know you like those big boy doses to 5-700 sounds in line with your usual. With the npp and primo I wouldn’t think you need 700 of test but I’m not a heavy DosE fan AT ALL.

BELT SQUAT:

Zero spinal compression at all. I absolutely love it. Will never barbell squat heavy again. I do the occasional smith machine very slow tempo squat. The weight comes between your legs and to me overall feels much more natural.

Probably not the same core engagement would be the downside.

But damnit my knees and lower back absolutely love it. The heavy weight rests on your hips and dispersed around the belt so it just feels better to me.

Mast I wouldn’t run with primo I believe that you will be good with just primo

Thanks! Will continue to dither about the next cycle, but that will be mid-Fall sometime, so plenty of time to think.

I will have to try the belt squat. I haven’t gone truly heavy with squat in a while, keeping it at 275 for worksets, given the shoulder and other pains heavy squats inflict on me. But my legs have suffered a bit as a result, and the leg press and hack squat machine just don’t do the same for me. Safety squat bar is too much of a front squat for my purposes. So I’m going to try the belt squat this weekeend and see how it goes. Thanks.
 
It was truly hot as fuck out yesterday. Great day with friends. Golf was mediocre, it always is when we get together.

Came home took a nap. Trained back last night.

Smith squat slow tempo 3x10
Weighted short step lunges 2x20
Calves 4x10

30 min incline treadmill
