Trained pull last night.
I did something to my thumb, hopefully just a slight strain or something minor. “Wrangling” a confused patient the other night. Will be taking a few push days off probably. Pull was fine last night with straps, biceps caused some discomfort.
Will be hitting legs today.
Upped my calories this week just for a little re feed/re fuel mentally as I still have a long way to go in this cut. Ate some pizza last night. Had some ice cream with the wife.
Still 230lbs so I’m appropriately maintaining this week.
