Whatā€™s up everyone my name is benzo and Iā€™m here to get educated on potential cycles I will be doing and everything else I am 6ā€™1 145 lb all my life Iā€™m tired of it trying to make a change I am 27 years old Iv play sports all my life and lifted weights for a couple years and the heaviest I weighed is 155 pounds my main goal is to get educated for my first cycle
 
Macro when you say that are you saying my calorie intake and im a skinny guy for a reason I donā€™t have a big appetite and thank you this is what I need to learn
 
And not going to lie I havenā€™t even started to work out yet but Iā€™m planning to work out 4 day a week and rest in-between Iā€™ll be getting up 5am to get my work out in I have kids so thatā€™s the easiest time for me to go but I try to get 8 hours of sleep in I know itā€™s super important for recovery
 
Yes Iā€™m going to have to Force feed my self I have 3 meals a day so for breakfast Iā€™m going overnight oats Greek yogurt and a protein shake all in one then for lunch I was going to do 6 oz of chicken cup and a half of Brown rice then another cup and a half of broccoli for dinner I was going to eat pizza with a protein shake
 
Iā€™m sorry buddy but 3 meals a day probably wonā€™t be enough unless they are humongous. Weā€™re talking 4000-5000 cals a day here. At least 4000 being that youā€™re only 145.

Get on a serious program. Iā€™ve used RP renaissance periodization for years and seen great results.

Youā€™re talking months in the gym. You will be able to grow for years without gear if you are just starting out.

Stick around. Gain training and diet knowledge. You have a long way to go before you need any gear to push your training.
 
It seems like you mentioned Sounds like you need to pack in more,Carbs, protein,healthy fat,veggies,eat more in general,count your macros, probably need to eat more to pack muscle on.

Thereā€™s been more than a few studies that show that ā€œhard gainersā€ are almost a myth like unicorns. Theyā€™re a fraction of a percentage.

You donā€™t have to be juicing to participate on this site. Start a logā€¦post everything daily concerning your diet and training. Maybe some pics for the ā€œbeforeā€ā€¦stay active here ask questionsā€¦you will get answers (another promise).

Thereā€™s some extremely intelligent folks here and everyone is here to support you.
