My latest ozempic escapades. There was a global shortage with Walmart suppliers so I had to go to another pharmacy. The delay cost me a lapse in my dosage.
I had saved up the remnants of previous pens and probably could have dosed the usual 2 mg and then some. I erred on the side of caution and dosed 1. Something… probably less than 1.5.
The lesser dose was way more tolerable. I’m contemplating asking for a 1.5 at my next drs visit in about 10 weeks.

My goal of staying under 190 pounds is sketchy…
First thing in am after morning whizz is 188-189 so it’s close.
I think I’m building muscle while losing a bit of fat. My xl shirts fit about the same through the chest and shoulders and are baggyish in the mid section. My jeans are loose in the waste.

There’s a global shortage of 2mg ozempic pens. My doctors staff called every pharmacy in the tri county area and there’s none to be had. The doc prescribed 1mg until the 2’s get back online.
There’s no shortage of the actual medication/juice…judging by the size of pens and the stroke of the plunger through the sight glass…I’m assuming the shortage is the actual 2mg size pen apparatuses.
The 2mg pen is noticeably “fatter” and has a longer stroke…pumping more juice into the body.
The lesser mg pens are available all day.

The way they’re compounding all versions of GLP’s these days and selling them at Anti-Aging & Weight Loss clinics, I doubt there will be a shortage of the product. This shit is making these companies billions for each version this year and will continue to make them billions for years to come, because it works for both diabetes and weight loss and the weight loss folks are the ones paying whatever it takes to get their hands on it!
Answering a question… what if you reduce dose?
I just went from 2mgs a week to 1mg and the appetite suppressant is definitely smaller.
I can imagine that coming completely off would require extreme discipline because I’m thinking the full belly feeling will disappear.

For me going up was noticeable. Once at a dose for more than a few weeks…I could eat through it…there was discomfort afterwards but the possibility was there.
Coming down to lower doses is about the same. Full feeling just “not as much”…going to take some discipline.
