This contest will be any member who joins will need to post a front shot with the date no shirt on show us that build. On a piece of paper and a back shot with a piece of paper. I would also like to see a leg shot with a piece of paper. The paper will need to have the date written on it.
The contest will not be who is the biggest at the end. You will describe to us your goals and what you are trying to achieve on cycle or natty. The winner will be picked by all the staff members.
So if you’re goal is to get to 200 ripped and you achieve it or if your goal is to bulk up 30 pounds and you achieve it. Whoever gets the closest to there description of there goals will be decided by the staff as the winner. So please be detailed in your description of your goals.
The last contest we only had 2 participants. If we don’t get atleast 5 participants the contest will be cancelled and regretably this will be the last free giveaway contest. I would really like to see our members get involved in this. So lets get some pictures up with some posts about what you are running and what your goals are.
The more updates the better chance to win so lets see the hard work you guys and gals are putting in.
This contest will start on November 1st so if anyone needs to get gear they have plunty of time.
