Vegatation lol I agree with the beef and eggs pork is a good cheap protein sucks to lose I definitely understand though seaspiracy the movie made me stop eating salmon. I haven’t had any sense lol

@Bigmurph I can only eat shrimp, lobster, crab and scallops. I can’t eat calamari unless I know for a fact it’s fresh (you learn some things working in hog kill plants, like what they make fake calamari out of), I’m not huge on fish, never have been unless it’s farm caught catfish or walleye or northern pike

Neither did I until I saw the boxes, and asked why the fuck anyone would want those parts. One of the Tysons here I’ve done work in ships 20,000 hogs a day to China.

Fake calamari if I had to guess is it tripe or intestines?

I eat almost anything from a pig I enjoy my pork lol many would never eat things from pigs that taste so good lol
 
You’re close, rectum. I’ve eaten alot of shit, I’ve never had chitlins and I’m not sure I ever would, not sure I could stomach it… liver, gizzards, heart, head cheese, none of that bothered me, nor was any of it as terrible as it sounded before I ate it
 
Chitlins are “ok” with vinegar. Not my first choice for a meal. But edible.
 
No gym tonight. I have to work tomorrow morning, so I will be combining back and shoulders tomorrow into one workout
 
Worked out both Saturday and Sunday… didn’t log either day, other than my defecit pulls yesterday. Saturday I did a handful of shoulder exercises, meadows 6 ways, face pulls, dumbell overheads, side and front raises, and a little bi’s and tri’s… didn’t really get into the workout, probably because I had to work Saturday morning and that took a toll on me. Sunday we went to the gym a little late, being Mother’s Day and all, I figured I’d let my wife be lazy all morning. Like I said, did defecit pulls from a 2” deficit, worked up to 350x3x5, nothing too crazy, just wanted to really feel the weight, then I finished with back lunges, step downs, 1 leg RDL’s with a high knee, banded monster walks, single leg extensions and single leg ham curls.

It was kind of a strange weekend, my wife and our oldest daughter haven’t spoken since before Christmas, and much to my wife’s surprise our oldest reached out to her yesterday to
Wish her a happy Mother’s Day. Our middle daughter brought my wife a card with a note that looked more like a novel written in it, we’ve had LOTS of issues with her over the years, she went as far as to sue us for college tuition, but she’s changed now that she’s a little older and a little less entitled, her card brought my wife to tears and it was pretty much over for the day after that…
 
I will be training tonight, and for the first time in 6 weeks I will be benching, in some form, with a barbell. I’m thinking football bar pin presses for flat, and regular old incline bench… I’ll let you know
 
Did upper body push last night, utilized barbells for the first time in 6 weeks. Football Bar flat Pin Press, with pins set 1” above my body, flat back with no arch. These felt good, I didn’t get crazy, 175 x8 x4, barbell incline bench after that, once again just trying to feel my way back into it, I did a middle grip, 135x10 x8, and really concentrated on utilizing my lats to help push. Shoulder and biceps tendon got a little angry on this, which is why I stopped at 8 sets rather than 10. Finished up with some flat DB presses, along with DB side raises, v bar pushdowns, hammer curls and calves, yes, calves!

All in all, I see it as a success, I beleive in 2 weeks I will be ready to jump back into a little more serious and structured training, as long as I take my time and try to focus on what’s weak and what’s ailing me.
 
I don’t usually take gym selfies, in fact I never do, but today I’m feeling good, except hungry as F! 67 g fat daily sucks! Here you go, this is a shadow of what I used to be
