Worked out both Saturday and Sunday… didn’t log either day, other than my defecit pulls yesterday. Saturday I did a handful of shoulder exercises, meadows 6 ways, face pulls, dumbell overheads, side and front raises, and a little bi’s and tri’s… didn’t really get into the workout, probably because I had to work Saturday morning and that took a toll on me. Sunday we went to the gym a little late, being Mother’s Day and all, I figured I’d let my wife be lazy all morning. Like I said, did defecit pulls from a 2” deficit, worked up to 350x3x5, nothing too crazy, just wanted to really feel the weight, then I finished with back lunges, step downs, 1 leg RDL’s with a high knee, banded monster walks, single leg extensions and single leg ham curls.

Our middle daughter brought my wife a card with a note that looked more like a novel written in it, we’ve had LOTS of issues with her over the years, she went as far as to sue us for college tuition, but she’s changed now that she’s a little older and a little less entitled, her card brought my wife to tears and it was pretty much over for the day after that…
