I might try split it it up so it moving shut through better at night as well
 
Well, I hate doing anything related to bench on a Monday (international bench day) and unfortunately yesterday I had to go in and hit Close Grips and Overhead Press to make up for missing Sunday. (Not fond of makeup workouts either). Doing close grips before overhead press definitely taxed my Overhead presses, but we still got her done. I probably could have gone heavier in close grips, but that’s because I never close grip to my chest, always to boards. Last night was to a 2 board, and I paused the last 3 reps on all 3 working sets. All in all, the shoulder and biceps tendon feel good.

Hit deadlifts tonight. Typically Tuesday is Day 1 for the week and I only lift consecutive days on Saturday/Sunday. However, since I had to make up Sunday yesterday, I was a little taxed tonight. Pulled 4x5 @ 165 Kilos (363 lbs), and an AMRAP set at the end. Pulled 7 for the AMRAP, went for an 8th and lost my under hook hand (left) which rarely ever happens. I was supposed to squat tonight also, but I decided to forgo the squats and let my body rest a little before Thursday night. I’m also on Day 2 of tightening up my diet, as of yesterday I was 228 lbs and the fattest I’ve been since High School. I’m starting out 2800 cals a day and will modify every 2 weeks, nothing special just IIFYM, I would like to tighten up and get back to my pre hip injury shape… somewhere around 212 lbs.

Haven’t posted since my deadlift night, so here’s the
Logs from bench the other day and squats/DL’s this morning. Who ever the asshole was that thought up sets of 15 on a powerlifting routine needs to be punched! I got home and was in the middle of rearranging my wife’s guts and my fucking hamstrings and quads cramped like they used to when I was in my 20’s, fucking horrible way to cum!

Hahah I cramped in Hammys last night. It seems first time with chicks I always cramp. I was on bottom as well sitting on couch.
 
I was not feeling the bench/overhead press workout today, I struggled to even get into it. I’ve struggled to hit all my normal training days, so the last two weeks there’s been a lot of training on consecutive days, which I do not like to do for recovery purposes. Anyways, here’s the log from today’s workout.

On a side note, the diet is going ok, just need to be a little better about active rest on my off days. Some days it’s tough to hit my macros, but I figure things out
 
I’ve been having to change days of lifts based on feeling past coupl weeks aka I drink during playoffs. Now I should be back on regular schedule
 
You got this brother. I been having a hard time keeping a deficit so I switched to intermittent fasting. It’s working trying to loose fat. I only eat from noon until 8 at night. So really I am only skipping breakfast. The hardest part for me is no mid night munching. Lol.
 
Intermittent fasting is good for losing weight but I had losing out on spreading the protein intake through out day to get max uptake. I always just went smaller meals and 2 shakes to keep me satiated through the day once I get through the first two weeks it’s easy bodybgets used to eating less until I’ll younger o about 18% body fat the. Body wants more
 
Ya it can be difficult to get the protein needed in eight hours Gotta get 50 grams of protein every 90 minutes. Don’t even know if body can absorb that much that fast. If only doing it for a couple weeks the little bit of muscle lost can grow back quickly.

Issues as @Dirtnasty, it was hard for me to get more
than 3 meals in… I fast until 9:30 AM now, and try to stop eating between 7-8, and still manage to get 4 meals and 2 shakes/snacks, but like I said, very little policing on IIFYM, so if my wife isn’t there to yell at me, I’ll hit my MACROS with chocolate chip cookies and cereal
 
This week I will be upping my test to 500 mg split
Between 3 shots, and 50 mg proviron ED split 25 mg morning and 25 mg PWO or evening on non training days. Was going to throw in some EQ, but plans got changed and I won’t be able to add that for a while now.
 
I have a question for @Bigmurph or @John, or anyone else who has experience with proviron. Last night I started cramping like a motherfucker, I started using on Saturday, 50 mg/ day split between two doses. Is this normal? The best way I can describe the cramps is like when you come OFF of anadrol, I couldn’t even pick up a damn fork without my forearms cramping!
 
Tonight when I have some free time and I can look in my roidtest shit, I’ll be playing junior amateur chemistry professor. I think I have the right amps to test orals still.
