Your going to cramp if you’re dehydrated if it has something to do with the proviron possibly I haven’t had cramping from proviron but everyone is different
 
Hit deadlifts last night, pulled 363 for 5x5, and man did it take a toll on me. Not sure why, was feeling a weird pull in my prosthetic hip and think maybe that changed things a little for me. Was hoping to hit 7-9 on the AMRAP set, unfortunately on my 5th rep my underhook hand just rolled right off the bar, and rather than resetting and trying again, I said fuck it. I listed front squats in my log, but I did leverage squats instead on a plate load leverage squat machine, trying to give my knees a slight break. I can tell my body is definitely missing NPP as all my joints feel like glass. We’ll see what bench brings tonight.

Those are great pulling numbers (you’re not a young man anymore). I’m the same way with hydration. I usually get 10 16 ounce bottles of water @ day and it’s noticeable when I fall short by anymore than 2 bottles. @JB_rD81

Joints feeling like glass…that’s a good way of putting it. My knees on occasion feel that way.
 
I almost wonder if me not feeling the great joint relief from nandro is being under hydrated. But I drink so much water it wouldn’t take sense. I’m just going to enjoy the gains and not worry about getting certain sides
 
Almost through week 8 even when I use nandro base I don’t feel it

I’ve noticed here the last year my joints feel worse and worse. I’m not sure if the pain in my hip just
Overpowered all that, or if it’s come on in this last year that I’ve been pushing myself again. I’ve always said I’d like to wait until 45 to start using GH, but I may have to start sooner just to help heal everything… and maybe even throw in some BPC-157, starting with the knees
 
Honestly I almost feel y joints have hurt more since using hgh I’m going to give flashes stuff a run and if it states the same I May just say hgh isn’t for me
 
How much are you using? Could some of that be from growth plates opening back up? I’m going to keep it therapeutic when I start, nothing ridiculous, just a few IU a day to rejuvenate my old ass
 
I started 2 ius at waking now 2 at waking 2 pwo. I don’t know about growth plates but I May just be from all the water I’m holding probably
 
Made it to the gym early and benched yesterday. It was kind of nice, there’s typically only 5 or 6 people in my gym, but a lot of the members are a few days out from a loca USAPL meet this weekend, so a lot of deloading and people taking the week off.
Shoulders and bicep tendon felt good, so my bench workout went good, however later last night my biceps tendon and elbow were letting me know how angry they were with me.

I’m really struggling with my shoulder again it’s hard to know when I’m getting good workout or doing damage. Think I’m going to real it back some and just get back to mid range reps and not worry about strength part cause it seems to want to inflame when I start pushing the 5 reps and below
 
Had a shitty fucking weekend, had a shitty squat/DL workout Saturday and didn’t even think about working out yesterday. Won’t go back until Tuesday so I can crush a deadlift workout and get out of my fucking head!
Thought I’d be different and went with SS Yoke box squats Saturday, al went well, only worked up to 205x5x5, that went well, but my AMRAP set was non existent as when I un racked the weight it felt like anything over 500 lbs rather than 205 and I didn’t even hit 5 reps… oh well, I had still done 25 tota reps prior… on to block pulls, from an 8” block. Supposed to do 5x15 with this, who the fuck does 15 reps in a powerlifting workout you ask, only my dumb ass I answer… I went 135, then 225… made it 5x15 @ 225 and my back was so fucking cashed I could barely stand up! Barbell rowes next you say? Bull fucking shit, I went with T-Bars and was so taxed I could barely get my first set with 135, so I stuck with that weight for 3 more sets and said fuck it! Not sure if I worked out too late in the day or what, but it really fucking sucked! One of my worst workouts in a long time!
