Training log updates for the weekend
SATURDAY wk 10 day 3, squats and close grip.
Squats, 6x2 @ 200, used Buffalo Bar, these felt amazing, I’m still in shock at how my knees don’t hurt any more just by changing sleeves…
Close grip, 2x8, I should not have done these, but decided to gauge where my tricep is at, I was able to do 2x8 with 135 off of a 3 board, but the 6-8 reps were absolute pain.
Dumbbell row, 6x6, pulled a 70 off the rack and just stuck with it, it was way too light, but who gives a fuck, I was just going through the motions
Neutral Grip Lat PD, 3x8, working sets at 180, these felt good, little to no pull in my tricep
One arm DB OHP, 3x8, I stayed conservative on these, 30 lbs, and my truces was letting me know I was a dick on every rep
SUNDAY, Wk 10 Day 4

Going to rip off my arm, mostly in the larger inner head.
On the upside, my wife is 3 weeks out from her bench meet, yesterday she smoked 135 for 3x3, and her goal is to bench 160, I think she’s there, but we won’t lay up on the training just yet, she’s got one more heavy week before relax time…
