Thinking about getting my hip fixed and making a comeback… I’m old enough to compete in masters now, and I still got an itch to hit a triple bodyweight squat and DL in the 220 weight class! I was my strongest ever at 35 when I hurt my hip… I think if I get it fixed I may still have a little in the tank. All opinions welcome, am I stupid? Or do you think it can be done?? Anyone who’s ever come back from an injury that forced an early retirement??
