Thinking about a short cycle

2 a week minimum but if you think e3d,Eod is r ed is better do it that’s personal preference I pin daily.
 
I prefer e3d and loved tbol.

I like simple 2 compound runs. Anything else and you’re having to do too much monitoring and there’s the very possible risk of diminishing returns.

Now if you’re competing like @Dirtnasty or @Kad1 then that’s another story.
 
Yes I’m gonna stay away from the NPP this time. Really messed with me mentally last cycle. Never had that before with just test. At least I think it was the NPP, who knows
 
I miss a day every so often. Pin 4 days then again in 2 to get back on track or just 3 days and pick it back up. Not the end of the world.
 
Also read it bad pumps. Anyone with expeence with EQ could chime in

Pumps are not good for BJJ lol I don’t wanna have to let go of something

I had some of the worst back pumps on EQ. i ran it for my first 3-4 cycles. Every time I did legs I had to lay on the floor.

Also pretty harsh on the kidneys. Incredible oxidative stress on the body. Looking back there’s nothing I accomplished on EQ that I couldn’t on just test.
 
Saying all that…i wonder if eq led to some of my suppressed renal function….hmmm. I never connected the dots to now. It’s been every bit of 15 years maybe 20.
