I do 20 week cycles then 4 to 6 weeks off to clean out the liver . Now I do trt year round .

Don’t leave ur 20 something year girl friend around me long . I will change her mind about seeing u anymore lol.
 
I’ve had a rule after breaking 40.Half my age plus 10. My wife now is 13 years younger than me and 9 years older than my oldest. Anything younger than that just gets to be on the is she your daughter or date? Or assume you’re rich… 😂
 
Remember we have sisters at ugmuscle who im sure don’t appreciate men hitting women and there probably big enough to kick your ass brother lol
The little 20yr olds im not sure about but don’t mess with the gym girls
 
I was the same way. When I divorced at 50 I tried young ladies. They just had too much baggage and were planning families. I was like I got 5 kids all grown. I don’t want to start a family at 50. So I drew a line at 35. I was surprised how much more level headed and wanting to have real fun they were. And sexually off the hook. Knew what they wanted. And knew what to ask for. 😂. Just a lot more mature. And if it didn’t work out, they said see ya! Nice meeting you, call me if you want to do something. Maybe I was lucky. But if I said hey. I got something going on. They were like see ya. No craziness. Now. Younger than that was a whole different level of crazy…
 
Exactly, they knew what they wanted and were always down, and understood lives are busy, and can’t sit around watching damn Netflix all day.

And younger women get way to attached right away.
