Sorry. Lots support rides this weekend. I wasn’t on much. Did a Middle East conflict mobile wall escort and set up. Had 250 bikes escort it to a display at the city hall. My club and others in support. Saturday supported VFW run. Sunday had a open house for Memorial Day. Memorial Day for me is a personal day. I have some Makers 46. Call and talk to friends I served with and talk about those no longer here with us. Memorial Day for me is remembering the silly shit we did when alive and together. That’s my Memorial Day weekend in a nutshell. I did stop on from time to time, just to make sure things were flowing and nothing needed. Hope everyone had no issues this Memorial Day.

Yeah. It’s a collapsable wall we have to put up. Has the name, date and place of KIA. And a picture. They travel around and put it up for events for viewing. I didn’t really think it would impact some of us as it did, but sure was humbling and really made go back in time. Pretty sad day. But renewed my memory and remembrance of my friends… the pictures what made it have a greater impact.

That’s awesome brother memorial day is a serious holiday that alot of people don’t even know what it is about and that really upsets me so im so glad to hear that you were celebrating our fallen heroes lives.

Nothing brings me to tears quicker than memories of heroic sacrifice. Go to the 9/11 museum in lower Manhattan sometime and see if you can make it out without blubbering for hours like a little girl.
