Missed you brother. I agree with you. Don’t know what’s happening to you but hope everything is ok. On my end just been really busy between work and kids and finding gym time. I check in daily but not quite like I use too. God bless you brother Definitely not the same without you around. The other mods seem to have done a good job in your absence just FYI.
 
Great to see you brother im really glad to hear that you are doing well but I just don’t believe that work is going to hold you back just a small road bump lol to the stage. Sleep is as good as training as long as you are doing both lol

This isn’t that type of situation but yes it’s going to take alot of strength for me to come out on top really just alot of time healing and getting right smh
