10 more days before I close on my house. Can’t wait, been a long 6 months living my with folk until the house was built. Anyone in Florida know the market is crazy and I bought at the perfect time. Made good money on the previous house and got a good price on the new one. The same house right now in my development is going for 60k more! It’s crazy in Florida right now! Today I will be booking the moving truck for next week. Any volunteers to help me move lol…

We sold last year and made 60+ off ours we bought and paid for new small double wide which I already have sold for 95% of what we paid and can stay as long as I want we were gonna build but the cost is so high I’m gonna hold out for the crash this happened 10 years ago and my how people forget
