Discussion Top Foods For Bulking Up - Clean

Foods that digest easily.
My only added fats are 4g of dha, 2g of epa, 1.5g of ala.
If youre eating enough whole food you'll get enough fat from your protein.
Almost everyone consumes too much fat and nobody except a bodybuilder on stage is fat deficient.
Walk around any mall or store and you can't miss it.
My protein is 96/4 ground sirloin, chicken tenderloin, eggwhites, and protein isolate, fat free Greek yogurt.
Carbs are sourdough bread, cream of rice, cream of wheat, fruit, juice, honey and vitargo. I'll eat from candy about 20minutes pre work out.

I like to keep people's carbs as high as possible, fats as low as possible and complete protein pretty high.
of course it all comes down to what can someone stick to and be consistent with.
The perfect strategy on paper is worthless if someone can't adhere to it.

Perfect… what a person can live with over the long haul. It’s a long grind for sure. I’m the poster child for giving up on bbing diets a long time ago. Weak and undisciplined. Of course all that plus genetics bit me in the Butt decades later. Now I’m one disciplined SOB just to stay alive and healthy. Hahaha

Food is the usually the biggest issue with people not reaching their physique goals. It's almost never drugs and most gym rats I think train hard enough.

People eat the wrong foods and never get lean enough to start growing begin with.
If someone is truly lean it's gonna be damn near impossible to eat enough lean meat, fruit and rice to get fat.

It's easy to eat 1500 calories of pizza, fast food and donuts and sodas.
compare a 1000 calorie plate of steak, pineapple and rice to even 2000 calories of the average American diet.
You're probably gonna be in pain trying to get down that steak and rice and pineapple in one sitting.

Completely agree.

I believe most folks need to dial in training and diet way before drugs. Peds is a card you only get to play once at the beginning. Then you’re just chasing the dragon.

Good has always been the biggest issue and for sure one of my largest issues. I hit bulk mode and only stick to it for maybe 12 weeks, cause I cannot stand to eat “dirty”, so eating 4.5k to 5k of leaner and healthier food gets real tiresome for me and I eventually fall off the wagon and bag to a measly 3.5k calories. I LOVE pizza, burgers, etc., but if I eat too much of that and too oFrench, my digestion pays for it big time.

Now, I do have to say that gear has played a part for me over the years I’m not pushing potential, too. Only because I stayed so conservative over the years on dosing and length, etc., that I could have gained way more had I dared to hit 1g of Test/week and higher dosing on other compounds.

Of course food is always the master when it comes to gains and losses!
