My only added fats are 4g of dha, 2g of epa, 1.5g of ala.
If youre eating enough whole food you'll get enough fat from your protein.
Almost everyone consumes too much fat and nobody except a bodybuilder on stage is fat deficient.

My protein is 96/4 ground sirloin, chicken tenderloin, eggwhites, and protein isolate, fat free Greek yogurt.
Carbs are sourdough bread, cream of rice, cream of wheat, fruit, juice, honey and vitargo. I'll eat from candy about 20minutes pre work out.
I like to keep people's carbs as high as possible, fats as low as possible and complete protein pretty high.
of course it all comes down to what can someone stick to and be consistent with.
The perfect strategy on paper is worthless if someone can't adhere to it.
