Alright so I got glutathione and a liver cleanser. Also got some Creatine HCL from beyond raw

Don’t know much about creatine but I know it helps performance and cognitive functions

300 test is doing good for me rn. Don’t have the bloat and I feel strong and putting on size slowly

Creatine is the most studied ped behind protein. And yes the regular mono works just fine. I got hcl cuase supposedly you could use on 2-3g instead of 5-7g a day for full effects and yes I think we got got haha
 
5g creatine mono is perfectly sufficient to obtain muscle saturation with in a couple weeks. Yes you can shorten this by loading with a higher amount plus dextrose, but ultimately by 2 weeks you are saturated regardless of method. It’s not a huge game changer but one of the most studied supplements that actual have shown a benefit.
 
I was watching mind pump show and they were talking about loading it but most of them said they rather just wait because it hurts their stomach
 
I’m going to give Anadrol a try, anyone have an experience?
I want it for the strength gains

How are the back pumps on it?

Going to run 25mg to start and max 50 mg
