I don’t see anything wrong with your plan.

Imo please don’t get caught up in the gym going too hard at first. Lots of folks end up injured due to poor decisions while they’re “on”.
 
I’m also going to throw this out there… that’s a lot of cardio. It’s hard to serve two masters.

Imo back that off a bit unless you’re on a big fat loss venture.
 
Sounds good, thank you for the advice. Would you recommend no cardio, or maybe a little? Getting into all this I still want to make an attempt to be as healthy as possible.

Cardio also depends what all you’re doing during the day. I rarely do cardio. With my job though on average I walk 4-6 miles per day.
 
For health you could do 2-3 10 min brisk walks a day after meals.

Actual cardio eats cals up quick and you need to add that much food back into your diet.

This all to well. Hell I started thread about hydrating in. Cold weather and I still struggle
 
Why the quad hate? I did strictly quads on my first cycle. Ive tried glutes in the past and it’s not a fun experience for me really. Quads keeps it simple. Am I missing something?
