Haha thanks bud. I feel it everyday. Tried some safety bar box squats today and this felt ok. Stayed above parallel. I’ll finish my workout a bit later. New puppy was driving me nuts today

He is I would post a pic he don’t care I told him to get on here but he is an ogre and hard headed he has fat fingers I guess I just don’t know if it is against rules nor not. I have watched him over the past 3-4 years go from 230 to 320 he has worked hard and earned it he is doing a show this year 1st one no coach just what he knows and posing classes a coach saw him and has offered to train him he is an IFBB pro I believe
