Well I’ve been struggling with very low estrogen levels for about 3 months now. While most normal levels from males are 20-30 range mine has been tested at less than 5. You need estrogen for sexual well being. Anyways. Tried pretty much everything to raise it and after months of playing around, I have found out that Tumeric is a anti estrogen blocker! I have been taking it for liver health and joint pain but never knew this was a natural anti estrogen medication. So I have stopped taking my daily Tumeric to see if that is going to help. I am now doing a little more research in my supplements I take to make sure there is no other factors as well. Just blew me away. (Thank God my Doctor is a pro natural drug user. She told me that could be the cause) Anyways. If you take a lot of supplements, better do some deep dives to make sure it won’t fuck you up. That is all. Have a OUTFUCKINGSTANDING day.

Mine was 7 last I got tested. So I lowered my aromisin intake and have to see where I’m at precycle bloods hell now that I’m at cruise dose I don’t think I’ve taken any I’m three weeks

Nothing wrong with it. Just a heads up if you notice anything or test low for estrogen. I was taking 2x the dosage in the morning and one before PT.

i take tumeric, cinnamon and green tea every morning.
tumeric for anti inflammation
cinnamon to help regulate insulin
green tea for antioxidant and focus

I didnt know tumeric can block estrogen.

do you take nolvadex or arimidex/aromasin?

I ask because nolvadex helps regulate your estrogen levels where as arim/aroma stops test conveting to estrogen completely.

good facts to know thanks

I was taking Adex at .5 mg Monday and Thursday. I stopped due to low estrogen. It still stayed low. Then found out about Tumeric. I’m giving it a month and going to get blood work to see the results.

understood,
have you considered taking nolva?

from what i understand nolva helps regulate test and estrogen levels back to normal when on PCT
when on cycle it helps get rid of excess estrogen but does not completely destroy it

I’m on TRT. with a blast every other 3 months. On TRT never do a PCT. Just monitor estrogen levels. I do take vitamin D3 which is a hormone regulator. So there is that. 😉

im in the same boat as you buddy = )
great to know thanks bro. ill add d3 to my 10 pills a day i take already lol
i was sun tanning thinking im getting my vitamin d but clearly d3 is important.
