Thank you! I have been slowly getting my body fat down so that I don’t have a lot to try to cut. This shit is hard work when you’re 40 years old with osteoarthritis, have 3 teenagers --the oldest one is in college, and a full-time job that I despise!
But I keep moving! Sieg knows my struggles. He can tell you it’s been one shitty situation of some sort for me for the past 2 years!
But I get back up. I keep stabbing at it. I keep moving!
 
Much respect to you…if I knew then what I think I know now:smirk:😏😏. First year ever where I was on assignment and the gym wasn’t my temple. I actually chose sleep and tv over the gym. I finally understood how people choose to have no time to go. After 30 years of being a gym rat. I am one of those that would drive extra half hour on leg day because the Gold’s had a standing leg curl:muscle:. How blessed was I?
 
Truly blessed!!! It’s so easy to take things for granted, especially small things–for me at least. I tell myself and my joints that a body in motion stays in motion…a body at rest seeks more rest. It helps me tremendously with the physical aspects that this lifestyle requires. The mind, however, I have to continuously train just like I do my body (definitely can’t miss those gains😁)
