What about serious gas I mean stink up the whole dang house gas I have had it since I stopped taking reflux meds ?

Hah I can’t help ya there. Some things that used to get neutralized, now aren’t? Makes sense. I stay away from gastro, they always wanna put cameras in butts.

Yes they do they I got a severe case of H pylori years ago from chicken houses they guessed little things had ate holes in my stomach liner to the point I was bleeding and when acid hit it would bout make me drop Im to the point I hate taking meds unless needed there is always a side effect and long term use seems even worse for every good a med does there is always a trade off

That sounds awesome thank you for . And the injuries did suck but not being able to work out made me miss it more so I slowly at home stretched and worked on them my girlfriend has been a big help also being supportive and pushing me to keep going
