Carrie Underwood liked an anti mask tweet and she too is being part of this cancel culture… And it turns into a whole freedom argument… And we can say well she has the freedom to like or say that… And then whomever will say i have the freedom not to buy her music anymore and round and round we go… What freedoms does she really have then??? Do we have the freedom to walk into hospitals without a mask??? Fuck no… Not at this moment… It just turns into a revolving door of arguments about freedom…

Freedom misunderstood is definitely poison…
Yes we have freedom and at the same time we have laws… Now im not saying i agree with Underwood or Schwarzenegger… And im saying i don’t… Arnolds video was cut right after screw your freedom… Fuck ya it sounds bad dawg… But right after he said that he said because with freedom comes responsibility…
So back to the hospital thing can we freely walk in without a mask???.. No we dont, that would be irresponsible and we would get our asses tossed out…
I can go on and on… And i know others can go on and on in return… So for me…it is a revolving door…

Hey just wanted to tell guys thanks for the kind words and being supportive!! That’s what I love about UGM. And this post was also for the new new guys on her that if I can do it so can you. With patience and dedication and consistency it’s possible,and I really owe it to you guys that post and have taught me how to do this right and there aren’t any shortcuts.

In the last 5 days iv blown up 3lbs and I feel pumped. This is a good cycle. Im really feeling great and my joint health is good, haven’t had an episode in over a month.

@anabolic_geek that’s about how long it’s taken me to get where I’m at and there’s still a lot of room for progress and improvement,it’s not about the destination it’s about the journey for me anyways. Stay the course brother, you can achieve anything we set our mind to for sure. And a little AAS never hurt lol

Back and chest muscles are so much bigger then arms and makes a guy look so much better. Our arms are such small muscles compared. But it’s so easy to get fixated on our arms as the measure because that’s what Hollywood shows us. My arms are the same size as Vin Diesels in his prime but I am 40 pounds heavier and they don’t look as big. Crazy what proportion does. But we all have different goals and as long as we are committed and making the effort to get better that’s the most important thing
