Want to address health issues

Ok UG family. I want to address all these posts about health issues. I see a lot of posts about people be scared of this and that and especially side effects like cardio and stuff like trenA being awful with sides.

First off as you all you know I compete. When competing we may look are best but honestly that’s when our bodies are put to the max as far as diet and tasking the body to the max. Notice I mentioned nothing about gear here!!!

Steroids were made to help us. Like anything else when we abuse a compound of course you will have issues. I know I use way more gear in prep than anyone else on this board and I have zero issues. ( and I use less than most competitors)

I just got all my blood work back and my doctor said I’m a perfect bill of health and that I look awesome. Now if me using more gear and so called harsher gear than people on this board how is it that I have no issues and I hear others pot they have all these issues? Now I am aware drugs affect people differently. With that said it’s not that much different.

I see everyone posting stuff from internet research and running with it. Sometimes we need to use common sense.

Hope this helps some people as I have heard these bogus posts are scaring people. If you have questions about stuff. Let me help you I don’t mind. I’ve been doing gear for almost 20 years so I know a thing or two especially from competing. This bro science crap is just that crap guys.

I agree 100%. I also compete and use more gear when I prep. Gear is needed at NPC/Ifbb level. All these posts about all these crazy side effects is simply just not true. Yes you are not as healthy while prepping but there are many ways to combat the side effects. Most people who come to me with a lot of the nonsense abuse gear to the fullest, have a horrible diet, train half ass , don’t compete and really have no business even using gear. If you are so worried about all these supposed side effects then maybe this is not the sport for you. I also have blood work done regularly. Of course on a prep cycle you will have some bad cholesterol numbers , maybe elevated BP (I have never had that problem) but those can be combated to a certain degree. I like PHD am sick of hearing about Tren doing this ANF that, EQ is going to thicken your blood till your heart stops blah blah. Research the compounds medical use , look at what it does, and use some common sense. Stop looking at the first article that pops up on Google and all of a sudden you have a PhD .

Thanks for the topic PHD

University of broscience and the university of Google medical programs are giving everyone a medical degree lol
I like to joke but if you look at the symptom of the common cold and then symptoms of serious illness they are the same it takes a doctor to really figure out what is what

I take and have taken way higher dosages. My health in general numbers during it all was great. My problems were non gear related and didn’t occur until after I stopped cycles. Then I researched more and learned the gear was helping me all these years combat the effects of the non gear related lung issues.

I honestly can’t wait till I can get back on a serious cycle and seeing a new doc next week to see about slowly adding back into my current plans.

Yes Big Murph all my health issues came from IED blasts and heavy training injuries trying to be the best. Steroids are a big reason I am able to walk and have a better quality of life after my spinal cord was fractured.

For sure @TG I know what your cycles use to be lol if anyone should have issues or sides you should have had them lol.

Bless you brother and I thank you for taking that blast for our country I really regret not serving.
Honestly only regret in life and I have done alot of stupid shit

I have been on other forums and its the same thing. A very popular forum has fallen to the Google parrot. Its still a great place depending on who your talking to but yes it has hit all the forums hard

I am glad you addressed the topic. I hear the stuff all the time and it really frustrates me. This sport is not for everyone. I blame social media . It invaded are circles with wannabes who thought this was a easy sport . Just load up a syringe and POW you are Mr. O

Yep . Me to. The VA is recognized its a big problem. Make sure you file your claim and sign up for the Burn Pit Registry. This could be the new Agent Orange

Omg I know bro. I’m sure you’re like me and started competed before social media. We worked in quiet and worked our asses off. You didn’t know who was showing up till you lined up back stage. I miss that. That’s why I don’t post on social media my progress during prep. Lol I post pics of pizza and shit to make people think I’m not in prep lol
