I would like to announce that im adding @Kad1 to our forum moderators. He has been with ugmuscle for awhile and is a extremely helpful member who asked that we even create a Caught an Injury category and has been keeping up with trying to help everyone posting and I respect that very much.

Thank you @Bigmurph . Really appreciate the opportunity to help out. I’ve said this before, we have a very special thing here. We get to talk about things we don’t talk about in our regular day to day life. We get to break each other’s balls, in good fun and more importantly we are here to support one another. I love that we can bounce ideas off of each other and get different perspective and experience back. I hope that I am able to continue toadd something to the group on a regular basis. To all the FNG’s out there remember there are no stupid questions. Ask anything you need answered, don’t guess or listen to bro science. The only stupid question is the one you don’t ask.
Big thanks to everyone who reads my crap and is able to get something out of it. My entire life has been dedicated to service. I love helping people so please hit me up with anything you need.
