@Dirtnasty that was usually the attitude I took into meets, especially UPA and USAPL… those guys were some of the best around in the 220 weight class, guys who were getting invited to the RUM and other Pro meets… all I really cared about was besting my numbers, if I ended up with hardware, that was always cool too, but very rare in that company. I did have a time when I was younger though, where that’s all I wanted was to beat everyone else
