Clen 40mcg ED that's it with aspirin and caffeine.

CHX Rice Shakes Coffee and Sugar Free shit nasty but tastes good creamer.
2000 cal 170 carbs and pro with 60 fats. 100 Oz plus water. Don't want to eat and a 1000k deficit is a lot but think I should. Just seeing how workouts go energy wise.
5 11 @ 21 % 183 lbs. So fucking close.
12 lbs of fat to lose and then go the other way. Goal is 180 @ 15 %
1,3 DMAA does anyone carry that anymore? FDA shit.
