Whats for breakfast what are we lifting

So got up early to lift, which I never do,couldn’t sleep, i did traps,forearms,and bis,also made a protein shake with raw eggs, not a fan of any type of powdered drink mixes,but I do keep it on hand… now I’m gonna make a real breakfast,two frozen chicken cordon blue,with grapes and strawberries n a water…its hot again,like all weekend was, my kid has her first playoff game ever tonight at 6, so her and I have already drank two bottles of water,hydrate or die I use to be told in a land, far,far away, so I apply that here in America.
 
Went to gym before work. Trained back. Had a protein shake (just one a day) and a banana. Then had oatmeal w/ blueberries and drank some egg whites. Almost time to have a yogurt and some cottage cheese and triscuts.

I do yogurt almost on a daily basis, my wife bought these cottage cheese n fruit things, like yogurt, but I dont like em as much,Still eat em though
 
You drink the whites plain? I can drink my eggs,but not by themselves, a shake,milk,something.
 
Egg whites I can. Whole eggs no. I’ll mix a frozen banana or milk or something but never plain
 
I eat Triple Zero yogurt daily. Low sugar / high protein. Some flavors are definitely better than others. Cottage cheese I can’t eat plain. Always have to have something with it. What are you eating for yogurt?

Meal 1, 123 g egg whites, 30 g whey, 8 oz choc milk, 1 large banana. Meal 2 360 g egg whites, 100 g shredded breakfast potatoes. Meal 3 6 oz chicken, 85 g jasmin rice, 8 spears asparagus, meal 4 pork ribs, 7 bones, 100 g shredded potatoes… meal 5, TBD.

Not lifting today, it’s 90 in the shade here with almost 90% relative humidity, I can taste the fucking air, it’s the only thing I hate about Iowa.

Had me four whole eggs over easy and a cup of jasmine rice. Was running behind and had to throw something together quick.

Monday so you know it’s international chest/push day 💪
 
I’m not sure how that came to be,but it’s one of those things that I purposely dont do on mondays because of it.
 
Had to eat late to be fasted for labs. Of course I woke up at 4am and didn’t have an appointment until 8. So just had to sit there and be hungry.

Push day today.
