Hey guys, this place seems pretty legit. I have been lifting for about 4 years. I have taken about a year and a half off now due to working my ass off and having a new baby. I am ready to get back in the gym though. Anyways, I want to get on a cycle this time. I really don’t know anything about it so I am trying to soak up as much info as I can. Think I want to start off with some test. If anyone can help me out and point me in the right direction as far as what to use and the specifics of how much and how often that would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.
