Funny you mention that cause in all honesty back in the day there really weren’t no supplements like we have an abundance off today. Shit…I remember drinking on Mt. Dew during my workouts and slamming a litre after my workout just to get enough sugar in me for my slin runs. Still to this day once in awhile I’ll cook up like 3 Ramen soups ( hook-ups for all whom know what I’m talking about lol ) and take that down bout 2 hrs before your workout and you will have a pump like no drug can offer, basically nothing but sodium and carbs = megapump 💯. Anyways as far as Sdrol goes for me man is 30mg 1 - 1 1/2 pwo. You gotta play with the dosage and see what works for you. Iv tried from 5mgs to 60mgs, and 30mgs seems to be my sweet spot
 
I’ll try 30 and see how it feels and so on until I find my sweet spot. Don’t know what hook-ups are unless your talking about with girls.
