So have you guys ever hit a body part so hard and had such a hellacious pump that you have zero lines in that body part? This is what a massive pump looks like. This isn’t water weight as some would think. This is from a killer workout. Here’s an idea of what we did
Seated leg curls
Squats
Leg press
Squats (yes squats again)
Stiff leg deadlifts
There was a lot of sets and reps here and maybe a tear or two lol
