Heck i have a set of bells downstairs in my rental garage, now its off to begin squat season and post some shots next week hmmm or in awhile, hmmm possibly in a longer while, mean time its get these chicken legs in shape,

Seriously i am 67 yo man and never had a decent butt however after a year of dumbbell squats my lil arse has obtained some decent volume and my quads are on the way to being decent however no serious styration or separation yet,

It feels like I’m on a couple days minimum. You just miss the rambling end of shift brain damaged stuff. I was here at what felt like a beginning. Not a founders beginning. I won that first contest w/omni and vetted a great one…lucky me…but then my estrogen got high and I made like seven hours of drama, ahh we grow even in cyber land. Staff helps keep this place in order. Catches spam and bullshit and helps members with issues. I handle backend stuff and murph deals with sponsors. It’s really alot to do and sometimes worse than other times. I have a whole list of things to do with the site today.

When we first started things were good. When I ran into an issue with work I had to be gone on a contract for awhile in another country and site fell apart. Overrun with spam and alot of members left at the time. When I got back we organized it better and made it easier so that type of shit won’t happen again.

Shit if you lifted with Curry and it was a while ago, it may have been at my former gym. I won’t say names or town here but he and flex came in often. Flex I only saw picking up supps and such. This was maybe 10yrs ago but I remember Lewis walking up to the counter and the counter being damn near to his nipples, then he dropped his forearm on the counter and there was a THUD. I swear he was walking around with a calf on his forearm.
