I have zero control over the app.
I use MyMacros+ to track - it’s like MFP but I like it better.
Then it “talks” to the ETP app.
There is “trained macro coach” who does the macros for ya @ ETP.
You log your workouts. But it doesn’t affect the macros.
I could switch the “super” day but that’s all you have control over.
I have some macros from before - when I stopper ETP once and went on my own because let’s be real you don’t need to spend $200 month to tell someone your macros. It’s science right. But I have a little of that I paid for it so I won’t not do it mind you know.
Here they are -
So, I’d start with the following:
1705 calories
120c
160P
65F
Think these are better?
Today I train. MWThF train @ the gym. Likely be a mix or cardio and lifting today. Monday always is.
Then I’ll walk after my kids get off school 2/3 miles or so.
Start where you feel comfortable and then start to slowly adjust. I will not lie everything takes time. Sometimes longer than we would like but if you keep with it and adjust so you stay comfortable and keep lowering your intake over time with your workout you can achieve any goal you set.
Down for two weeks w/ covid in the house - sucks. Otherwise all systems are a go and cranking it. Went back to heavy days about 3-1/2 weeks ago and it was glorious.
Hey guys I am!
I actually have some new macros I’m working within.
Hitting the gym 4x a week for training and then just getting that one overlooked by many - walking - in on the their days.
Scale isn’t promising but I feel great!
I have done my bloods. I had a saliva test, I don’t know what that one was for. That I need to return to the lab this week and then I should hear some answers.
Im glad to hear that you are feeling well and the scale sucks for me also
Now that you’re feeling better with a better diet I believe that you will start to make and see progress. I look forward to hearing about it good luck and good gains sister
