Your macros look great. Keep plugging along sister. I know you’re not a stranger to hard work. It’ll come to ya…
 
Go under the “members log” section and start a log to record your training, progress, diet etc.

It’s very motivational for others and in my opinion the most beneficial. Everyone gets a chance to learn from YOU. See what works for you and then we get a chance to try it for ourselves. Someone might pick up on something you might need to think about changing.

I believe it’s a good way to be a part of the community.
