I am finding it hard to cut back on my sodium as per my kidney doc,so use to eating whatever I want, that’s why I commend you guys who do that, and now I gotta do it, the only thing I’ve done so far to cut back is, stop fast food and don’t put salt on anything
I love training on Sunday! That’s my church! I’m on my way to get my weekly cheat meal: pancakes, eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast, and orange juice. Then I’ll go train delts and traps. The pump is always amazing after my cheat meal’
