@PHD@TG I am going to give a variety of this a go today actually. It’s my cheat day, and usualyma do a big giant set but I. Gunna do legs by the self at first then add a little chest/back/shoulder tri sets after instead of giant sets.
For the stuff legged, if no rest does that mean just do 125 reps straight? Or why does it say 5x25 but no rest? Just take like a 10 second breather between them?
