Traditionally its raw cut up, tomatoes,onion,olive or canola oil,oregano,basil,garlic powder or minced fresh ones,maybe a few spices,its also good with crackers…I also sighed, your older then me, how have you not heard of it
They are. I find if we keep things like that in containers ready to eat… I will always choose that over bad snacks. But if I gotta wash and cut. Forget about it.
