Will Someone Explain Munchies To Me

Its your water intake …you may need to combine water high in nitrogen with water that has high alkaline and ph take 2 bottles 1 cup… and your bodybwill thank you

Traditionally its raw cut up, tomatoes,onion,olive or canola oil,oregano,basil,garlic powder or minced fresh ones,maybe a few spices,its also good with crackers…I also sighed, your older then me, how have you not heard of it
 
Our fridge stays full of raw peppers, cucumbers, carrots, and snap peas.

We also always have cut up and washed strawberries ready to eat.

If you take all the work out of the immediate snack attack uou will snack healthier.
 
They are. I find if we keep things like that in containers ready to eat… I will always choose that over bad snacks. But if I gotta wash and cut. Forget about it.
